| Training Details |
Training Requirements: Horse Handlers must have a reasonably high level of horsemanship skills prior to volunteering at VTRA. All horse handlers must have attended at least one training session before being allowed to lead a horse in a lesson. Training Recommendations: we strongly advise all our horse handlers to attend horse handlers training refreshers and emergency procedures training at least once a year. Our practices and policies will change over time, and attending these sessions is the only sure way to ensure proper communication of these changes. |
