Position: Volunteer Coordinator - Ongoing
Location: 2220 Sooke Road, Victoria, BC, Canada

Through their varied activities they will assist in raising the profile of our organizations approach to conflict resolution through the emphasis on relationship building, cultural awareness, and the celebration of diversity of all types.
Description: The Volunteer Coordinator will, under staff supervision, post volunteer positions needed, respond to queries and applications, assist with the interviewing and placement of volunteers. This is a volunteer position.
Training Details: Training in the organization's needs will be provided by Dialogue and Resolution staff. It is necessary that the Volunteer Coordinator will have some training in volunteer coordination best practices.
Working Conditions: Indoor, can work primarily from home and virtually, occasional meetings at the Dialogue and Resolution Services offices.
Minimum Duration: 7 - 12 months
Timing: Weekday - Daytime
Time Detail: Likely about 5 hours/month
