Description We are looking for one or more individuals to support us in our regular cycle of collecting for deposit bottles/cans from Berwick Royal Oak Retirement Community. We pick up bottles weekly and bring them to nearby Glanford Bottle Depot. We currently have four member volunteers that are in the rotation, but hoping to get 1 or 2 more volunteers into the rotation, so each volunteer is only picking up once every 5 or 6 weeks. From pick-up to return on the weekends, it is typically a 1hr to 90 minute activity. While you will need a car, the amount of bottles/cans collected on a weekly basis ($25-30) does not require a truck.
