Impact Statement: Our mission is to create experiences that engage people to learn about, explore and conserve the Salish Sea Bioregion its wildlife, waters, land, culture, and people.
Description: Working with our aquarists and/or education programs, you will be part of a team designing and constructing interactive displays and props for the Centre. Carpentry skills are required. You will need to be able to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions.
Training Details: Volunteers need to already be trained in carpentry skills.
Working Conditions: There is no shop at the centre so cparentry projects will need to be completed in your personal workshop. All materials for projects will be provided.
Minimum Duration: 4 - 6 months
Timing: Anytime
Time Detail: Generally speaking the schedule will be according deadline. Within that timeframe the volunteer is able to complete projects according to their own schedule
