Offering a variety of free programs and services to help reduce isolation, increase connections to community, and assist with a variety of everyday activities to help support an individual’s independence. Our services incorporate elements of: Transportation assistance - driving clients to important medical appointments, to pick up groceries and other important errands; Companionship - visits in a clients home or walks around the community; Home maintenance - minor home repair, gardening, computer support, etc.; Income tax return assistance - assisting low income clients prepare their tax returns
