Victoria Literacy Connection (VLC)
We help child, youth and adult learners improve their reading, writing, math, computer, English language and other essential skills.
All of our basic learner services are free of charge.
Having low literacy skills truly affects almost every aspect of a person’s life. Our goal is to help some of the most marginalized members of our community so that they develop sufficient skills to enjoy life fully and function effectively in this society.
We are a diverse learning community and welcome new learners and volunteer tutors on a continual basis. All of our programs and services are learner centered and based on lifelong learning principles.
