ImmUnity Canada
ImmUnity Canada is a national not-for-profit charitable organization that provides a community for people and families impacted by some 500+ immunodeficiency disorders. Immunodeficiency disorders are very rare and occur when part of the immune system is missing or not functioning properly. For instance, someone may have very low antibodies and as a result, their immune system cannot fight infection as well as the rest of the population.
Our head office is based in Victoria, with four staff members. We are heavily reliant on volunteers to deliver our programs and help fulfil our mission to members. This mission is to empower all Canadians impacted by immunodeficiency to live well through education, support, advocacy, community-building and research.
