Impact Statement At Victoria Women In Need Community Cooperative (WIN), we support women, trans, non-binary and two-spirit people along their journey between crisis, financial self sufficiency, and wellness. Our programs are there along each step of their journey. We value self sustainability, healthy relationships, entrepreneurship, conscious choice, personal empowerment, and environmental responsibility.

We believe everyone deserves an equal voice and opportunity to provide healthy, environmentally and financially sustainable lives for themselves and their families.

How do we support this? We collect donated goods and provide high quality clothing, household items and furniture through three Resale Shops in Victoria. The revenue from our shops, together with financial donations, covers the entire cost of running our non profit cooperative, and funds our empowerment programs. So whether you are a shopper, donor, or volunteer you too have a hand in transforming our community.
