Board members play an integral role in supporting WorkLink and are key in the growth of our non-profit. |
| Training Details |
The WLES operates within a Complimentary Governance Format. We delegate the day-to-day responsibility for operations to our Executive Director, while we, as a Board, take an active role in stewardship. The Board employs a capacity matrix to ensure we have a balance of knowledge, skill and expertise at a Governance level. |

Meet 2 hours in the evening, monthly between January – June & September – November Join or support at least one committee or task force Provide expertise and passion in one or more areas related to governance, human resources, finances, partnerships, etc. |
