| Description | The Maintenance/Grounds Lead Volunteer plays a key role in ensuring the VTRA facility remains safe, clean, and operational, while helping to maintain the beauty and welcoming atmosphere of the grounds. This position works closely with the ED and staff to coordinate and carry out routine maintenance tasks, identify areas for improvement, and support a positive environment for riders, volunteers, staff, and horses. |
