Description Leadership Victoria (LV) is seeking a warm, enthusiastic and organized team member to join us in developing local community leaders.

Your role as our volunteer administrative assistant will be varied and supportive of our work with local leaders across Greater Victoria. You will prepare communications, reports and other documents, maintain a variety of electronic records, files and online systems, support operational activities including programs, events, and volunteers. You will report to the Executive Director of LV.
COVID-19 Vaccination Required Yes
Training Details You will receive a comprehensive orientation to Leadership Victoria, working closely with the Executive Director and with the Program Manager, as required.

Working Conditions Position can be carried out remotely and in-office. Schedule negotiable. LV currently engages in in-person events and therefore volunteers must be fully vaccinated.
Minimum Duration More than 1 year
Timing Weekday - Daytime, Weekday - Evening
Time Detail Working hours can be discussed with the Executive Director. Being available for Tues staff meeting 10am-noon is preferable & for occasional weekend workshop/ activities. Zoom and MS Teams utilized.
