Description
Each Mentor aged 15+ (Teen program) or 19+ (Adult program) is paired with an elementary aged child (Kindergarten to Grade 5). You'll visit with your 'Mentee' once a week for one hour, same day/time each week during school hours, at their elementary school.
Training Details
Safety training before entering the schools and on-going support is provided. No experience necessary.

Volunteering at our partner school - Brentwood Bay Elementary.

Time Detail
Volunteering takes place during elementary school hours. You'll need 1 hour per week to meet with your 'Mentee' during the school year - ideally early October to early June, but we accept applications throughout the school year. Please allow enough time for travel to the school. You will also be asked to attend an orientation session and interview at a time that is convenient for you.
