Impact Statement Leadership Victoria supports, celebrates and develops community leaders in the Greater Victoria area
Description Due to the impact of the pandemic, many local organizations are hurting.Some have closed permanently while many others are facing terribly difficult decisions. The increased vulnerability of small businesses, organizations, and not-for profits who serve the community has prompted the creation of this program to support local leaders.

As a volunteer lead, you will be working closely and with Leadership Victoria for the planning and execution of this program. Planning for the 2021-2022 program begins this Fall and will involve logistical planning of itineraries and speakers, as well as marketing and recruitment of volunteers and organizations who may need our help. As the season launches, hours may fluctuate. An average of 5 hours a week can be expected, depending on your pace of work.
Training Details LV will provide a full orientation, and discuss with the candidate to create the appropriate role for their skills and preferences .
