Description |
Esquimalt Neighbourhood House is looking for volunteers to run small groups for adults of all ages. We have been offering more small groups to bring people together,to tend to ourselves, to de-stress, to talk,to do something artsy, to stretch, to breathe, to connect. We have offered Chair Yoga, Reiki, Arts & Crafts, Tea and conversation, a support group, a Social Connections group for older adults and beginner to novice Yoga. Maybe there is something near and dear to you--a craft, a skill, some information, a practice, an activity--that you would like to share with a small group of adults. Maybe you would it uplifting, fun and meaningful to volunteer weekly for an 8 week time frame? We would love to hear from you! |
