Position Sorting/Organizing/Reprocessing - donated hygiene products & linens - Soap for Hope Canada
Location 426 William Street, Victoria, BC, Canada
Impact Statement Soap for Hope Canada’s mission is to provide hope and dignity though hygiene. By ensuring nobody ever has to hope for soap, we empower individuals to achieve everything they are capable of. Through hygiene, we build communities, support each other, and bring together individuals.
Description Our hotel partners and members from the community donate new or gently used hygiene products and linens. Our volunteers sort, fold, fill, wash, and organize all incoming donations. Volunteers will likely not do the same tasks each time they volunteer as incoming products and the need from the community facilities for the products changes every week. If you like variety and want to help with what is needed to be done in any particular week - this is the volunteer position for you.
