Description |
This role will support the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of volunteers doing work around the world. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned or recently retired HR professional or a talented new HR graduate seeking to gain hands-on experience in candidate assessment, placement and retention. It is estimated that the volunteer will offer a maximum of 2-4 hours per week. 1. Regular communications with the Leadership team to maintain knowledge of organizational needs 2. As required, meetings with potential and existing volunteers for recruitment, skills assessment, networking, and placement 3. Manage content on ICO recruitment sites (Volunteer Victoria, Charity Village, social media) 4. Maintain Volunteer database 5. Optional Project Ideas - revamp ICO job descriptions 6. Optional Project Ideas - contribute to the development of our Volunteer Management Strategy |
