Description Gain some experience in food security, and have direct impact on serving those experiencing food insecurity in your community!

With rising food prices, the need for access to reliable food sources is dramatically increasing for many Fairfield-Gonzales residents. Every Thursday, from 4:30-6:00pm, help setup, sort, and distribute healthy food rescue to our neighbours in a welcoming and judgement-free environment!

Training Details The Community Development Coordinator will invite you to an informal interview to discuss the volunteer role, and any accommodation requests. Volunteers will be provided with a Volunteer Handbook after completing the application. In-person orientation will be provided by the Community Development Coordinator.
Working Conditions - work in close proximity to community members
- lifting loads up to 20lbs
Minimum Duration 4 - 6 months
Timing Weekday - Evening
Time Detail Thursdays from 4:00pm tp 6:00pm.
