The Anawim Companion Society is a not profit house in Victoria BC that provides a safe & sober drop in program for people in poverty as well as a residential program for those struggling to rebuild their lives through respect, accountability, and empathy.
Description
Anawim House is looking for a volunteer to sit with members of our drop in and resident communities and supervise an art program, as well as answer basic computer questions (such as how to set up an email account)
Training Details
Training will be provided. The position is simple and the volunteer may put their own spin on it.
Working Conditions
Working in a beautiful open art room with stained glass windows. Modest stairs are involved.
