Description |
In addition to general gardening tasks the Bonsai volunteers will receive training and be involved in specific tasks related to the care and maintenance of Bonsai trees including: Wire and shape trees, Fix pots using modern kintsugi method (with gold), Adjust moss in pots, Structural winter pruning, Pluck Pines. All training will be provided. |
Training Details | All training will be provided by experienced Bonsai gardeners. |
Working Conditions | All work is completed outdoors in a garden setting, will require some lifting of potted trees/plants, some of the pathways through the gardens have uneven surfaces. |

Time Detail | Wednesday mornings 9am to noon. |
