| Description |
Help older adults enjoy regular social connections at Gordon Head Recreation Centre on Tuesdays from 12:45pm - 2:45pm! Duties include preparing light refreshments, sharing community resources, and facilitating games, activities, and conversations. Applicants must be willing to complete a Police Information Check (free of charge). |
| Training Details | Volunteers will receive on onsite safety and program orientation in advance of their first shift. Training includes completing a 30-minute Vulnerable Persons training module. |
| Working Conditions | Indoors, with staff onsite and available as needed. Requires sitting, standing, and lifting/carrying light loads. |
