Description
Help visitors gear up for skating by: swapping their shoes for skates, finding their size, and lending a hand with lace tying if needed. You'll also help with other light duties including wiping down skate blades when they're returned. Your friendly assistance will have visitors gliding onto the ice to enjoy the festival in no time! Morning and afternoon shifts available: Dec 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, and 28. Ages 15+, volunteers must create a volunteer account (including signing a Waiver and Code of Conduct) before being scheduled for shifts.
Training Details
Will receive a facility orientation and skate shop orientation at the start of the shift.
Working Conditions
Indoors. Volunteer will be sitting or standing for most of their shift. Event may be crowded.
