Position Soup-maker for senior's luncheon.

Description Soup Maker for our weekly Connections Senior's luncheon. We are looking for someone to make a big pot of soup (to serve 15-20) once a week on a Thursday morning (to be ready to serve at 1230pm). Just the cooking needed. We have volunteers to serve. Any type of soup welcome (meat or vegetarian). Bring your recipes and have fun being creative. Family style kitchen. There are options to pre-make the soup at other times/days here at JBCP. Must be made here. Must be a competent cook. All ingredients provided (we utilize food rescue and donations mostly). Must be reliable weekly (barring illness, holidays etc) Back up is in place.
Training Details Direction provided by group Coordinator and Coordinator of Volunteers.
Working Conditions Pleasant homestyle kitchen. Equipment and ingredients provided.
Minimum Duration 4 - 6 months
Timing Weekday - Daytime
Time Detail Thursday mornings preferable.
