| Description |
Join us as a volunteer for one of BC’s most inspiring community events in support of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation! Whether you’re setting up the site, cheering on racers, or handing out medals, every role helps create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for all. All ages welcome! Volunteers 16 & under need parental/guardian consent and supervision. Volunteer Roles + Shifts (7:00am–12:00pm unless noted): Registration & Festival Zone (7–11am): Check-in support, directions, info. Route Marshall & Cheer (8–11:30am): Guide racers, cheer, keep it safe. Water Stations (8–11:30am): Fill/distribute water, cheer runners. Start/Finish Line (7am–12pm): Corral racers, cheer, hand out medals/water. Parking Attendants (7am–12pm): Direct traffic, ensure safety, give directions. Site Setup/Support/Tear Down: Set up/take down tents & gear, restock supplies, assist staff/vendors. We’d love to have you on the team! |
