Every summer, UJAM puts on a jazz workshop for people ranging from 12 to 84 and we always need help moving equipment in and out of the venue. We literally could not offer this program without you!
Description
Help make UJAM Summer Workshop 2025 the best ever! Volunteers are needed to meet at the UVic Maclaurin Building and carry instruments and sound equipment from the parking lot into the rooms in which they will be needed. Many hands make light work!

Working Conditions
We will be moving from outdoors to indoors so let’s hope it doesn’t rain! At least some of the volunteers should be able to lift 20 kg.

Move in will be Sunday, August 10 at 2:00pm, finishing around 4:30 pm. Move out will be late afternoon on Friday, August 15.
