| Description | The Housing Resource Navigator supports individuals and couples who are at risk of losing their housing by helping them navigate housing-related systems and connecting them with essential resources. Due to the nature of the ongoing housing crisis, this role is well suited for someone who can engage with empathy and resilience while being supported by a collaborative team. |
| Training Details | Orientation provided at commence of the position, including Safety and Security Policies and Procedures. All aspects of job duties and responsibilities trained by Housing Resource Coordinator, including ongoing check-ins and feedback |
| Working Conditions | Volunteers work directly with community members to provide guidance, referrals, share information about housing options and tenant rights, and advocate when needed. |

| Time Detail |
Minimum of one 3-hour shift per week, volunteers wishing to take on more frequent shifts will be accommodated. Shifts available are: Mondays 1-4pm Wednesdays 1-4pm Thursdays 9am-12pm Friday 9am-11:3am, 11:30am-2pm Ability to attend monthly team meetings. |
