Market Day Support Coordinator (2 Positions) Location: In person at 4460 West Saanich Road Hours: 5 hours/week – Wednesdays, 9:00 am–2:00 pm Compensation: Honorarium provided We are seeking two reliable, community-minded individuals to support our weekly market. This role is ideal for those passionate about food security and supporting single-parent families. Coordinators help set up and run the market, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist with market setup (food bagging, tables, signage, supplies) • Coordinate with staff and volunteers for smooth operations • Greet and assist visitors during the first two hours • Support food distribution and community engagement • Maintain a clean, safe, inclusive space Qualifications • Friendly, dependable, and community-focused • Strong organization and time management skills • Food Safe preferred • Reliable availability every Wednesday, 9am–2pm |

| Working Conditions |
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs (some amendments can be made for those not able) • Food Safe certification preferred but not required • Experience or interest in food security or social services is a plus • Must be available and reliable every Wednesday from 9am to 2pm (5 hours) • In person at our Royal Oak location |
