| Description |
Position Overview PCFSA is seeking strategicminded individuals to join our Board of Directors. Ideal candidates bring experience in finance, HR, law, risk management, research and evaluation, or social services and health care. We’re looking for leaders who share our commitment to PCFSA’s mission and can strengthen longterm sustainability and strategic impact. Board Directors provide governance oversight, shape organizational direction, and support PCFSA’s continued growth and service excellence. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic direction and help set organizational goals • Attend and engage in regular board meetings • Participate in committee work as needed • Review and approve budgets, audits, and strategic plans • Ensure legal and accreditation compliance • Support the Executive Director’s performance evaluation • Serve as an ambassador to community partners |

Time Commitment Board members volunteer approximately 3–5 hours per month, including: • At least 6 regular board meetings per year (hybrid: in person/virtual) • Committee meetings • Fundraising and community engagement/networking events • One annual board retreat (in person) Most meetings are held virtually at the end of a business day. |
