Key Responsibilities Welcome Guests: Be the first friendly face, ensuring guests feel excited and comfortable. Assist with Event Entry: Check in guests, distribute raffle tickets, and track attendance. Create a Friendly Atmosphere: Share event details, guide attendees, and answer questions. Promote Raffle & Event Excitement: Encourage participation and keep the energy high. Work as a Team: Collaborate with other volunteers and staff for a smooth event. Tentatives dates June 12th and 26th July 10th and 24th As well as two Fridays in August dates tbd due to venue Available times for shifts Door: 6:15-7 7-745 745-830 830-915 915-10 Takedown 10-10:30 Please apply if you can take on at least one or more shifts. |
