| Description |
Volunteer Board of Directors We are seeking individuals that will provide leadership and strategic expertise to support the mission and vision of Seniors Serving Seniors. Duties: • Provide oversight and guidance to ensure the organization remains stable while fulfilling its mission and vision. • Assist in development of policies and programs • Participate in strategic planning and financial reviews • Review and ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations • Review and monitor staff/contractors and organizational performance • Support fundraising and grant proposals • Participate in committee engagement by serving on one or more committees.
