| Description |
The Alchemists are a creative volunteer team at VFF that helps turn screenings into memorable audience experiences. Volunteers brainstorm and help create small activations connected to upcoming films and events — from themed lobby experiences and mini performances to audience interactions, games, treats, or community collaborations. This role is great for people who enjoy movies, creativity, community connections, and bringing fun ideas to life. Volunteers should be able to commit approximately 3 hours per month during the off-season, with increased involvement during November–January and Festival week in February.
