| Description |
Key Responsibilities Policy Review & Compliance: Evaluate and update policies to ensure alignment with tax laws, fundraising, and insurance regulations. Human Resources Compliance: Oversee volunteer agreements, staff onboarding, and HR matters to ensure legal compliance. Tax & Reporting: Prepare and file timely tax reports and regulatory documents. Stay Informed: Monitor changes in non-profit legislation and tax regulations, recommending policy updates. Team Training: Educate staff and volunteers on compliance matters and responsibilities. |
