| Description |
Fairfield Flourish Fest is a free, family-friendly outdoor event that turns the Food Forest into a mini museum. Visitors can explore exhibits about plants, pollinators, composting, food systems, biodiversity, and community gardening. There will also be hands-on activities, a discovery passport, prizes, and displays from local organizations. Volunteer roles are simple and flexible. You can help with setting up tables and signs, welcoming visitors, handing out maps and museum passports, supporting exhibits, taking photos, or helping with cleanup. Volunteer roles include: - Event set-up/take down - Welcome & info table - Booth support - Social media & photography |
| Training Details | Orientation will be provided by the Garden Coordinator at the start of your shift. |
| Working Conditions | No experience is needed, and you do not have to stay for the entire day. It’s a relaxed way to meet people, support a community event, and spend some time outdoors. |
