The Summit Operations Lead – Tours helps coordinate all mobile Summit sessions and walking/rolling site tours happening throughout the Victoria area during the Summit, in collaboration with session leads, sponsor representatives, and ride marshals appointed by the organizers (BCCC and Capital Bike staff and volunteers). This role will also help oversee the Summit Bike Valet, ensuring it is integrated smoothly with tour departures, bike staging, and delegate access. Volunteers will receive role-specific orientation and final shift details in advance of the Summit. |
