The Senior Front-of-House Coordinator leads volunteer systems related to audience services, cashier operations, and Festival front-of-house activities. The role focuses on creating training resources and standardized procedures that can be used year after year. Key Responsibilities Coordinate front-of-house and cashier volunteers. Develop volunteer orientation and training materials. Create clear procedures for front-of-house operations. Assist with volunteer scheduling and role assignments. Identify service improvements and operational efficiencies. Support a welcoming and organized Festival experience. |
