| Description |
Help us celebrate 50 years of community impact! We are hosting a special milestone sit-down event for our seniors, members, and supporters. As part of our Hospitality Team, your warm presence and attentiveness will ensure our guests feel comfortable, valued, and well-taken care of while they enjoy the evening's speeches and presentations. Key Responsibilities Table Service: Welcome guests at their tables and serve hot coffee, tea, and platters of finger foods or light refreshments. Table Maintenance: Periodically check on tables to offer beverage refills and clear away empty plates or napkins. Kitchen & Cleanup Support: Assist inside the kitchen with loading/unloading the dishwasher, rinsing dishes, and keeping the food prep area tidy. Post-Event Tidy: Help clear the remaining tables and gather linens at the end of the evening. |
| Training Details | Volunteers will receive a 30-minute on-site orientation covering a venue tour, safety guidelines for serving seniors, and a quick demonstration of the kitchen equipment. No prior experience is required, as staff will be on-site to guide the team through table service etiquette and food details before guests arrive. |
