| Description |
ESCC is looking to recruit a volunteer who is willing to share time with seniors in ways that improve their quality of life and enables our Non-Profit Society to meet its’ goals and objectives. We are looking for someone who will work to establish and maintain a volunteer program that: • acknowledges and recognizes our volunteers’ contributions through celebrating their milestones and at the same time recognizing and creating an environment of appreciation and value for their commitment; • Help identify areas where our society can enhance its ability to meet the program and social needs identified by our membership; • A Criminal record check is required due to the importance of this position. |
| Training Details | Training and orientation will be provided by qualified volunteers at the Esquimalt Seniors Community Centre. |
| Working Conditions | Some of the applicant's duties can be performed online. You will also be required to come to our facilities for volunteer recruitment, which would involve promoting our vision statement as well as ensuring that all applications, code of conduct, confidentiality agreements, etc., are signed and dated. |
