Position: Tuesday Dinner Volunteers

Impact Statement: Working together as one, to inspire, empower and reconnect Indigenous people impacted by homelessness.
Description: Do you love being in a kitchen, prepping meals, or working in a team? Oasis Society is looking for volunteers to help with our Tuesday Dinners. We plan, prepare and serve dinner every Tuesday to Indigenous peoples who live in and around the downtown core.
Training Details: Volunteers will be provided with training and support.
Working Conditions: You will work in a team to help plan, prepare and serve dinner. Volunteers must be able to follow food safe rules and feel comfortable in a kitchen environment.
Minimum Duration: 3 months or less
Timing: Weekday - Daytime
Time Detail: Volunteers are needed from 2:00 to about 6:00 pm on Tuesdays. Meals are served at 4:00 pm.
Age: 16+
