Position: Team Coaches - Community Leadership Development Program
Impact Statement: Leadership Victoria serves our community by developing and supporting emerging community leaders who are interested in building a vibrant, healthy community. It's flagship program helps participants learn about issues facing Greater Victoria, while growing their skills by completing a team-based Community Action Project. This year's community partner is Our Place.
Description: The four month leadership development program requires Team Coaches to work directly with Community Action Project teams to help them integrate their learning and skill development by planning and completing a real-life, real-time community project.

Team Coaches have experience leading and developing teams. They have a variety of backgrounds and dedication to the success of team work. They act as observers, supporters, guides, connectors and liaison.

Team Coaches attend monthly training workshops, face-to-face or online weekly team meetings, and collaborate with other Team Coaches in a monthly online Coaches Corner.
Training Details: Leadership Victoria will provide orientation to our leadership development program, and our guided online virtual classroom.
