Dates ( all Sundays) May 08th July 24th Oct 23rd Dec 18th Equipment Set-up (requires heavy lifting)- Set up the tents & tables at their designated spots following a map. Vendor Liaison- Stationed at various points along the entrance, these volunteers will greet vendors, let them know to unpack their vehicles, and direct them to park off site before setting up their stalls. May be stationed at the Vancouver & Caledonia exit to ensure that the road is clear of cyclists before the vendors drive out. Kid's activity Tent- Help the Activity Lead set up the kids craft tent, and make crafts with the kiddos! Info table- Greet guests & answer questions, Tear down (requires heavy lifting)- Assist with taking down festival equipment (tents, tables, signage, etc.) Other -Not seeing a position that suits your needs?
