Victoria Symphony Splash relies on the donations of attendees to help put the event on, and our donations teams help raise over $35,000 at the event! Donation Barrels volunteers work in pairs at a barrel, greeting passersby and asking if they’ve had a chance to give to Splash. Responsibilities: Greet members of the public as they enter the event site Engage public to solicit donations for Victoria Symphony Answer questions and direct public to various locations on site Distribute event programs and stickers as appropriate Communicate with Audience Relations as necessary We recommend this position for anyone who has great people skills, an outgoing personality, able to continuously approach the public directly for donations, and wants to help make Splash happen every year! |
| Training Details | Orientation will be held from July 21-24th, each day corresponding to a different role. Once your application has been accepted, more information will be sent out regarding orientation specifics. |
