Please note-Currently this position is mid process, much of the following has been done or is in progress. Food Vendor Coordinator will: Contact previous vendors and seek new vendors as required List all vendors available, their contact information, set up size, electrical and water requirements Collect health and business certificates/licenses Be the main contact with the food vendors throughout the planning process and at the two-day Folktoria event. Confirm important information with Food vendors. |
| Training Details | This position will work closely with the President of the GVFFS Board who will be on site throughout the event. |
| Working Conditions | Conversations with the President of the GVFFS Board. Presence at the set up, some times during the event and at the break down of event. Out of doors, but under canopies. Breaks as needed during the event as most activities are at the beginning and end of the days. |
