Description
This position requires full availability during the length of the convention. The primary responsibility of all Guest Handlers and Chauffeurs is to look after the special guests of Tsukino-Con and attend to their needs. These can include providing transportation, assisting in photo/autograph requests, and providing food and water as needed. Must have at least 1 year of paid/volunteer employment in Customer Service or similar fields, knowledge of Victoria including sightseeing, restaurants, and roads, and Japanese language proficiency (for Japanese guest handlers only). A class 5 driver’s license with a clean and well maintained vehicle is considered a significant asset.
Training Details
Two volunteer orientation training sessions will be provided.
