Description
Coat Check and Info Booth volunteers are responsible for processing Interac transactions, keeping track of convention attendees’ valuables, as well as keeping a Lost and Found station. Ability to follow the organizational system is vital. Busy times tend to come in waves, while the rest of the day is a steady trickle of people. It is advised to bring a laptop or something to read for this position. Duties may also include providing general info to attendees. NOTE: Coat check hours extend past the regular convention hours to allow pickup of items by attendees.
Training Details
Two volunteer orientation training sessions will be provided.
