Description Be part of the 2025 Classic Boat Festival! Each Labour Day weekend, we feature over 100 classic boats at Victoria Inner Harbour and host activities and races.

This role:

- Supervising the Museum's historical boat, Trekka, to ensure she is treated kindly by the public
- Answering questions about Trekka using information provided by the Museum
- Engaging the public using artefacts from the handling collection
- Answering general questions about the Classic Boat Festival
Training Details • General Orientation to the Classic Boat Festival provided.
• We will also provide role-Specific orientation and training, including using the 'Square' system for accepting donations.
Working Conditions Working outdoors, rain or shine. Standing sitting (chairs will be provided) and walking on Concrete for duration of shift at Victoria's Inner Harbour.
Minimum Duration 3 months or less
Timing Weekday - Daytime, Weekend - Daytime
Time Detail The Classic Boat Festival happens Labour Day Weekend, Friday August 29 - Sunday August 31.

Shifts are 4 hours long.
• 9am-1pm
• 1-5pm
• 5-8:30pm*
*The festival closes at 6pm on Sunday.
