We seek two students—one in Journalism/Writing and one in Media/Digital Communications—to support content development for this milestone. These positions offer excellent professional experience, portfolio development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a major community cultural celebration. |
| Description |
Journalism / Writing Student Responsibilities: Conduct archival research into GVPAF’s 100year history Identify and contact past Festival participants for interviews Develop stories, profiles, and historical features Gather quotes, images, testimonials, and supporting materials Contribute content for website, media, and anniversary publications Qualifications: Strong writing and communication skills Interest in interviewing, historical research, and storytelling Ability to work independently and meet milestone deadlines Compensation: These positions are primarily volunteer roles supported by a modest honorarium.
