Impact Statement Through the convening of an annual Conference the Victoria Forum works to create opportunities to explore the complex tapestry of challenges facing our world and search for solutions to them.

The Victoria Forum is honoured to be hosted by Members of the Senate of Canada, the University of Victoria and Royal Roads University. This partnership embodies our collective commitment to addressing the pressing challenges of our era through the development of innovative and inclusive solutions. We promote constructive, evidence-based dialogues across a broad spectrum of economic, environmental, and social issues. The Forum organizes critical events, facilitates meaningful discussions, enhances educational programs, and advances strategic initiatives in critical areas such as impact investing, regenerative capitalism, and reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples. Each of our projects is a step toward realizing our vision of a more inclusive and equitable global society.
Description Help ensure the smooth operation of the Victoria Forum by supporting event staff wherever needed. Responsibilities may include event setup and take-down, registration and badge distribution, wayfinding, transportation coordination, backstage speaker support, technical assistance with A/V and presentations, and providing general logistical support throughout the event. Volunteers in this role must be available for all three Forum days and attend the volunteer orientation.

-Transportation Support
-We welcome you to join the volunteer team a week before the event (August 17 Onwards) to help the staff with name badge printing, and other event set up at Royal Roads University.
Training Details Hybrid orientation will be provided 2 weeks before you start of your shift.
Working Conditions Fast paced. Volunteers may be asked to pivot as needed.
