| Description |
The Senior Volunteer Leadership Lead provides overall leadership to the Festival's senior volunteer leadership initiative. This role works closely with Festival staff, board members, and volunteer leaders to coordinate activities, support communication, and ensure that volunteer efforts contribute to a strong and sustainable centennial legacy. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to senior volunteer leadership team members. Serve as a liaison between volunteer leaders, Festival staff, and the Board. Facilitate regular meetings and information sharing. Assist with volunteer leadership recruitment and succession planning. Help document processes, lessons learned, and institutional knowledge. Promote a collaborative and positive volunteer culture. |
