| Description |
The Senior Finance Support Lead coordinates skilled finance and accounting volunteers to support Festival financial administration. The role focuses on developing reliable procedures, timelines, and documentation that strengthen long-term financial operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate finance-related volunteers. Assist with annual finance schedules and planning timelines. Develop and maintain financial process checklists. Support documentation of recurring financial tasks. Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and continuity. Work collaboratively with the Treasurer, Festival Manager, and finance volunteers. Qualifications Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, auditing, or financial administration. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work with confidential financial information. |
