| Description |
The Senior Governance Advisor supports board development, governance continuity, and succession planning. The position provides mentorship and guidance to board members while helping strengthen governance practices during and beyond the centennial year Key Responsibilities Mentor incoming and developing board members. Assist with board onboarding processes. Support succession planning initiatives. Advise on governance policies and board effectiveness. Help document governance practices and board resources. Encourage long-term organizational sustainability. |
