The Senior Volunteer Recruitment and Outreach Lead develops relationships with community organizations and leads recruitment efforts for senior volunteers participating in the Centennial Legacy Initiative. This role supports the long-term sustainability of Festival volunteer leadership. Based on the initiative's recruitment strategy and community outreach objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment of senior volunteers and volunteer leaders. Build relationships with local seniors' organizations and service clubs. Promote volunteer opportunities in the community. Support volunteer onboarding and orientation activities. Maintain records of outreach activities and recruitment outcomes. Contribute to succession and volunteer pipeline planning. |
